Summary- The Human Resource Compliance Coordinator is responsible for the overall compliance of the HR Department related to licensing, personnel file and electronic system maintenance, and training. 

Education/Experience- A baccalaureate degree in related field (master's degree is a plus) or 3-5 years working in an Human Resources department. 

PERSONNEL FILE AND ELECTRONIC SYSTEM COMPLIANCE LEAD

  • Formulate and implement compliant and efficient ways to capture, file, and track employee information to ensure Intercept is "review ready" at all times.
  • Support HR activities by ensuring pre-hire, post-hire, onboarding, and orientation processes, paperwork, files, and systems are updated and processed timely and appropriately.
  • Prepare periodic reports for management on missing documentation or information. Communicate effectively and proactively with business units to obtain needed information.
  • Oversee information systems to ensure they are congruent with paper systems.
  • Utilize the internal Compliance Review process to formulate and improve HR process and procedure.
  • Move files based on status (active versus term) to their appropriate location in a timely manner.
  • Maintain all personnel and background information by formulating and interpreting company/licensing policies.

BACKGROUND ADMINISTRATION LEAD

  • Track 3 year and other annual checks.
  • Process monthly LEIE reports and quarterly matrixes.
  • Ensure documents are up to date based on regulatory changes.
  • Provide backup to process and track background checks.

HUMAN RESOURCES AND RECRUITMENT AND TALENT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT

  • Assist HR and Recruitment staff with development of results driven HR best practice policy, procedures, and practice.
  • Serve as back-up and provide general HR support as needed.
  • Collaborate with needed staff for special HR related projects or initiatives.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Valid driving record, use of personal vehicle required. Must provide proof of car insurance. PHR or SHRM certification preferred.
