Summary: The Human Resource Compliance Coordinator is responsible for the overall compliance of the HR Department related to licensing, personnel file and electronic system maintenance, and training. This position will serve as a lead of the HR Compliance and Training team.

Experience & Education:  A baccalaureate degree in related field (master's degree a plus) or 3-5 years working in an Human Resources department.  

Essential duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.



  • Formulate and implement compliant and efficient ways to capture, file, and track employee information to ensure Intercept is "review ready" at all times.
  • Support HR activities by ensuring pre-hire, post-hire, onboarding, and orientation processes, paperwork, files, and systems are updated and processed timely and appropriately.
  • Keep track of new employee files (Hired within 30-45 days)
  • Maintaining a log of documents as they are received
  • Move files based on status (active versus term) to their appropriate location in a timely manner.
  • Maintain all personnel and background information by formulating and interpreting company/licensing policies.


  • Process and track background checks and provide metric information.
  • Reconcile background vendor invoices.
  • File background documents and request for update emails.
  • Create the quarterly Matrix.
  • Track 3 year and other annual checks.


  • Assist with auditing files in preparation of licensing, Medicaid and UR reviews as needed.
  • Assist with following up on cited items as needed.
  • Assist with implementing new processes based on audit findings
