 TFC Regional Program Supervisor 

Salary/Exempt

Summary:  The TFC Regional Supervisor designs and develops treatment foster care services for youth with serious emotional and behavioral disturbances and their families.  The Regional Supervisor, Treatment Foster Care Programs is responsible for leading the effort to create and sustain a viable community service program within their supervised region. 

Education: A master's degree in social work from a college or university accredited by the Council on Social Work Education plus three years of experience in providing casework services to children and families;

Or, a master's degree in a field related to social work such as, but not limited to, sociology, psychology, special education, or counseling with at least four years of experience in providing casework services to children and families in a child placing agency; OR

A baccalaureate degree in any field plus five years of experience in providing casework services to children and families.

Experience:  At least 3-5 years' experience providing casework services to children and families.  Program administration or supervisory experience of casework services preferred.  Experience providing casework services to children and families in a child placing agency highly preferred.  Additional experience in working with behavioral programs, counseling, and/or skills training is preferred.
