Human Resources File Clerk 

Part-Time/Hourly/Non-Exempt

Summary: The Human Resource File Clerk is responsible for filing documents for the HR Department and other duties as assigned.                                      

Experience/Education:  High School or GED required.  Previous office experience preferred.

 

Essential duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

FILE COMPLIANCE

  • Maintain files by utilizing current personnel file structure.
  • Move files based on status (active versus term) to their appropriate location in a timely manner.
  • Communicate proactively to obtain missing file information.
  • Assist with filing EEO and I9 File Information.
  • Assist with Utilization Review (UR), Medicaid or licensing audits.

HUMAN RESOURCES AND RECRUITMENT AND TALENT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT

  • Assist HR and Recruitment staff with development of results driven HR best practice policy, procedures, and practice.
  • Make suggestions for general policy/procedure clarification or additional HR policy/procedure creation as needed.
  • Serve as back-up and provide general HR or Recruitment support as needed.
  • Collaborate with needed staff for special HR related projects or initiatives.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Current driver's license required.
